About The Position
Tiffany Square Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, operational, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors. As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment throughout the facility. You'll coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related work experience in a skilled trade, facilities maintenance, or physical plant operations.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety practices, maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands.
- Independent decision-maker with sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities, interruptions, and a fast pace.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
- Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions, safety information, and chemical handling procedures.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
