About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of the facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance staff, coordinate repair and preventative maintenance activities, and manage resources to meet operational needs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Knowledge of specific equipment relevant to the industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all equipment and facility systems.
Coordinate and oversee repair work, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
