About The Position
Our Maintenance Supervisor is essential in providing Quality Life to our residents through ensuring our facility remains pristine and all services fully functional.
Requirements
- 3-5 years related work experience in a skilled trade or maintenance position.
- High personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents.
- Active driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitation of routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
- Coordination with outside vendors
- Supervision of maintenance department
