Requirements
- Current Embalmers license in Texas
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer care
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper chain of custody is maintained throughout the preparation process for the decedent; embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards
- Train all staff and strictly enforce all logging, identification, casket and cremation procedures
- Always maintain reverence and respect for the deceased
