About The Position
Sentara Primary Care and Therapy Center Oceanfront is seeking a Supervisor, Rehab/Therapy Services. This role requires an Associate's Level Degree with a Bachelor's Level Degree preferred in the appropriate discipline. Candidates must hold a license as a PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP, Athletic Trainer, Licensed Chiropractor, or Licensed Social Worker in the appropriate discipline. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required.
Requirements
- Associates Level Degree - Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree preferred in the appropriate discipline
- Must be either a PTA, COTA, PT, OT, SLP, Athletic Trainer, Licensed chiropractor or Licensed Social Worker License in Appropriate Discipline
- 3 Years Clinical Experience
