About The Position

Cass-Clay Creamery is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility. The supervisor will lead and develop maintenance technicians, coordinate daily work, and help ensure that dairy operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably. The role focuses on equipment uptime, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• 2 years of supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians.
• Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V, 3-phase.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment commonly found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants, such as fillers, conveyors, compressors, and blow mold machines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• PLC troubleshooting experience with Allen Bradley systems.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience.
