About The Position
Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our newest apartment community, Beck at Wells Branch, in Austin, Texas. This leadership position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards, developing team members, and delivering excellent service to residents. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the property's maintenance program, coordinate service requests, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Prior apartment maintenance experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- HVAC certification

- Knowledge of plumbing
- Knowledge of electrical
- Knowledge of appliance repair
- Knowledge of carpentry
- Knowledge of general building maintenance
Responsibilities
