About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established downtown Nashville apartment community in the Fifth Avenue District. This is a leadership role for a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in safe, efficient operations and well-maintained communities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification (required)
• HVAC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25 lbs
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily apartment maintenance operations
• Perform hands-on repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliance
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and service requests
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and amenities
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and vendors
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
