This role involves assisting with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. The Maintenance Supervisor will help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules, conduct room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs, and ensure team members have the necessary tools and supplies. The position also includes coaching and supporting maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values, and assisting with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.

Requirements

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred
