About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the repair, maintenance, and replacement of production equipment, including mechanical, servo-mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems. This role ensures the efficient operation of equipment, manages inventory, and dispatches maintenance team members to address production equipment issues. The supervisor also performs minor engineering tasks and ensures compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
Experience with stick, TIG, and MIG welding.
Ability to manage inventory and procure parts efficiently.
Capability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of PLC systems preferred.
Forklift/truck experience with classroom certification.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety rules and procedures consistently.
Maintain and repair a range of production equipment including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Set up and configure processing lines for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
Manage the inventory of spare parts and procure as needed based on directives from the Manager.
Maintain OSHA Ammonia data sheets and conduct regular engine room readings.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to uphold high standards of equipment reliability.
Perform minor engineering tasks and design modifications as requested.
Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
Directly supervises maintenance team members.
Provides guidance and support, assigns tasks, and ensures timely completion of maintenance work.
