About The Position

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity with highly competitive pay and outstanding benefits. Primary responsibilities include: Direct and manage Technicians across multiple shifts Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials Implement training programs to improve work performance Participate in budgeting and capital projects Lead and facilitate continuous improvement teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
• Minimum 2 years of supervision experience
• PLC knowledge required

Responsibilities
