About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Park Avenue West, a 122-unit apartment community in Denver, Colorado. The supervisor is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property and for leading the maintenance staff. The role includes maintaining the property, completing repair work, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, and creating a safe work environment. Occasional on-call duties are required.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform occasional on-call duties.
