The Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Facilities Manager, is responsible for training and supervising custodial and maintenance crews, overseeing contractors, coordinating all maintenance and repair work, executing work as necessary, and assigning workers to various projects. This role honors and represents the mission, vision, and values of CIT and the Public Works department. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, five years of carpentry and maintenance experience, and two years in a supervisory capacity. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background screening are also required. Tribal preference applies.
