About The Position

This role will lead facility maintenance and repairs, uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs. The position ensures building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversees the custodial team. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date. They will also assist the Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, and address maintenance and emergency situations promptly.
