About The Position
Newbury Living, a growing property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support and elevate its communities across the Denver metro. This position will oversee approximately 400 units with potential growth to 800 units. The role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who thrives on variety, independence, and making a visible difference.
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Denver metro
- Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs
- Solid problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Travel to multiple properties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems
- Take the lead on preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly
- Perform detailed inspections and identify improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor on-site maintenance teams
- Coordinate and oversee vendor work to ensure quality and efficiency
- Deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with residents and staff
