The Maintenance Supervisor will lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as machine repairs. This role involves training employees on proper work methods and safety procedures, supervising and supporting maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance. The supervisor will ensure maintenance is scheduled timely and in collaboration with Production to address equipment and facility repairs. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective maintenance systems (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOPs, Safety, etc.), providing long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting, problem analysis, and equipment failures. The role also involves developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for tracking maintenance performance, providing regular status reports, and ensuring maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations. Accurate record-keeping of maintenance work and inventory is essential. The supervisor will drive a positive employee experience through leadership, employee development, and coaching.
