Requirements

  • Knowledge of welding techniques and principles.
  • Physically capable of handling parts, materials and equipment as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Especially adept on the lighter gauges.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in both gas and arc welding.
  • In either field can perform setup and all position welding on a diversified line of welds made in accordance with correct specifications.
  • Able to weld all weldable gauges and metals, and be especially adept on the lighter gauges.
  • Fit and position weldments having several parts, using welding jigs or fixtures when required.
  • Work from drawings using necessary measuring instruments.
  • Responsible for quality workmanship and dimensional accuracy.
  • Must be physically capable of handling parts, materials and equipment as needed.
  • Requires little supervision.

Benefits

  • 2nd shift pay: $28.48
  • 3rd shift pay: $28.73
  • $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.
