About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a well-maintained apartment community in Louisville, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in property performance, team leadership, and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor maintenance team members
- Oversee work orders, service requests, and unit turns
- Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Maintain property safety and compliance standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
