About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a skilled team in ensuring the safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient operation of the E74th Street Complex. This role oversees the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of critical power plant systems including boilers, pumps, motors, and auxiliary equipment while driving optimal use of resources and fostering a culture of safety and compliance. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership to keep energy flowing reliably to our customers.
