About The Position

The Maintenance Superintendent is a full-time, benefit-eligible position based at Housing Visions’ Albany office at 203 Sheridan Ave. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The role requires availability for on-call evenings and weekends. The salary range is $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). The position is responsible for managing property maintenance and upkeep, diagnosing and repairing building systems, and handling janitorial, turnover, and grounds-maintenance tasks. The employee must maintain a safe and organized work environment and order materials for assigned work. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance and upkeep of property.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Order materials for assigned work.
Diagnose, repair, or replace building systems, including HVAC, electrical, septic systems, fixtures, and appliances; conduct inspections.
Perform janitorial tasks.
Complete turnovers.
Maintain grounds.
Perform other duties.
