The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the safe, efficient, and disciplined execution of scheduled and break-in maintenance work. The Superintendent provides direct leadership to Maintenance Supervisors and coordinates closely with Planning, Scheduling, Reliability, Operations, and contractor resources to ensure work is executed according to the approved maintenance schedule. The Superintendent is accountable for schedule and break-in execution, workforce utilization, field productivity, work quality, safety performance, and timely return of equipment to service.
