Maintenance Superintendent - Hot Mill
About The Position
The Maintenance Superintendent is accountable for providing strategic and tactical leadership overseeing the deployment and development of all areas under their control in a safe and productive environment. Areas to include but not limited to, the maintenance ops leaders, maintenance crews, and maintenance planning / scheduling. Along with providing direction to effectively implement, execute, and maintain maintenance systems for their area, the Superintendent safely leads the maintenance team and fosters the use of tools such as REX, CMMS, PMO, Predictive and Preventative techniques.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in maintenance operations.
- Experience with maintenance systems.
- Familiarity with REX, CMMS, PMO, Predictive and Preventative maintenance techniques.
