Maintenance Summer Internship- 2027 (Geneva, IL)
About The Position
Our internship provides an opportunity to learn what it takes maintain equipment. In this role you will be working on large industrial refrigeration systems, building processes, data analysis, following our plants safety policies and procedures and working with our current process improvement projects. Your experience will be project based, with projects varying depending on current business needs. As an intern you can expect to gain valuable experience and insight in the maintenance environment. At the end of the Internship, you are expected to prepare a final presentation on the results of your assigned project(s) and will present your findings to members of the corporate management team.

Responsibilities
- Performing daily equipment inspections
- Diagnosing repairs
- Documenting maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
