About The Position

Circle Logistics is a leading freight brokerage and third-party logistics provider connecting shippers with high-quality carrier partners across multiple transportation modes. We deliver customer-focused, data-driven supply chain solutions with national reach, deep industry expertise, and a reputation for execution. This internship program runs from May 31st to July 30th, 2027, with interns working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. The internship is paid at $15 per hour and is on-site at our Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters. Only eight interns will be selected for the Class of 2027. Interns will rotate through four core departments: Track & Trace, Carrier Sales, Inside Sales, and Account Management. Throughout the program, interns will gain foundational knowledge of freight movement, manage active shipments, communicate with carriers, build carrier relationships, negotiate rates, prospect new business, and manage customer relationships. Interns will work alongside experienced team members before taking on more responsibility. Additionally, every two weeks, interns will participate in a Freight Forum to gain a broader perspective of the transportation industry. Circle Logistics is prepared and interested in hiring high-performing interns into full-time roles following graduation, with this internship serving as a direct pathway into positions such as Carrier Sales Representative and Inside Sales Representative.
