About The Position

The Niron Magnetics Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Internship opportunities are anticipated across a variety of technical and operational functions. Final intern placement will be determined based on business needs, candidate qualifications, and areas of interest.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate’s degree from an accredited institution
• Expected graduation date between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, technology, materials science, research, or related fields

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship, research, leadership, or project experience
• Strong academic performance
• Demonstrated initiative through student organizations, employment, research, or extracurricular involvement

Responsibilities

• Supporting active projects and business initiatives
• Analyzing data and presenting findings
