Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or related building trades experience
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance
Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (if operating company vehicles)

Nice To Haves

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other trade certification
Experience working in healthcare, residential, educational, or behavioral health settings

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, furniture, and grounds
Complete minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, doors, locks, drywall, flooring, painting, and general facility upkeep
Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
Conduct routine facility inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns
Assist with maintaining exterior grounds, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
Support facility readiness for inspections, audits, and accreditation reviews
Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and other operational needs
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of supplies and equipment
Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed
Support emergency preparedness and facility safety initiatives
