About The Position

With direct supervision from a Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician C performs preventive maintenance on diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks. The role requires basic knowledge of vehicle systems to perform routine maintenance and repairs. The technician works on a single fleet with advanced equipment, supporting drivers and servicing technically advanced vehicles. Requirements

1–3 years of experience.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and troubleshoot common faults.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a certified diesel maintenance program is a plus but not required.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification T8 PM is a plus but not required.
A valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to perform preventive maintenance and some repairs.
Perform vehicle preventive maintenance inspections and adjustments, oil changes, fluid replenishment, adjustments and light repairs, including tire changes, and basic electrical work such as changing lights.
Conduct visual inspections to identify potential equipment issues and sources of malfunctions using a variety of tools.
Complete applicable Company training programs.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
