Pinecrest Supports & Services Center (PSSC) is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Repairer 1-2 to perform upkeep and repairs to facility. Requirements

One year of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR Six semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.

Responsibilities

Repair and install commodes, lavatories, water fountains, garbage disposals.
Unstop sewer lines and drains, repair leaks, repair/replace faucets.
Replace Light bulbs.
Repair/replace ballasts, receptacles, switches, and fans.
Replace motors, pumps, etc.
Repair washing machines, dryers, ice machines and refrigerators.
Repair doors, door closers, hinges, cabinet doors, knobs, baseboards, cabinets, furniture, door stops, windows, etc.
Performs preventive maintenance and maintenance to A/C units and air handlers.
Clean coils; work on pumps to air handlers and motors, chill water valves, controls, belts and filters.
Keep check on hot water temperatures and maintain log.
Run and service generators and maintain log.
Inspects fire extinguishers monthly and maintains a log.
