Maintenance Reliability Supervisor
About The Position
Join us at our Blue Anchor plant, located in Hammonton, NJ as a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor! You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians, while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. You will work to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives! This position works from 7 pm - 7 am. This facility is a 24/7 operation. At our Blue Anchor, NJ facility we offer an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders to inspire their team to achieve daily goals while improving plant efficiency. You'll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders to implement innovative maintenance programs, develop your team's expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
- Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
- Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work an off shift

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
Responsibilities
- Establishing work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability
- Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
- Directing, training and developing maintenance team members in their area of expertise
- Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
- Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals
- Identifying, implementing, and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices
