About The Position

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is currently seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor - 2nd Shift. This role is onsite at our Amarillo, TX facility. Relocation is provided within the United States. 2nd shift hours: 2PM-10:30PM Monday through Friday. Built in 1981, the Amarillo facility, with approximately 150 team members, is a thriving iron foundry that serves our customers with a variety of parts, including conduits, covers and fittings. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Requirements

Associate's degree from an accredited university OR a minimum of six (6) years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or operations.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or team leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CMMS platforms and preventive/predictive maintenance planning tools
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems
Bachelor’s degree in Equipment Reliability or Engineering
Ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing environment leading maintenance teams
Solid technical understanding of relevant industrial equipment and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Support the implementation of maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle plans developed by the Maintenance and Reliability Manager.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians across foundry, machining, and plant operations, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards (LSR) and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness and equipment performance.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members, fostering continuous improvement and technical development.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure maintenance work meets company standards and timelines.
Support budget adherence by managing labor and material resources efficiently.
