About The Position

Mr. Plumber is expanding and seeks a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to deliver high-quality service to clients. The role involves plumbing maintenance, parts replacements, repairs, and installations, as well as educating clients about their plumbing systems and solutions. The technician works with dispatchers to meet client needs, supports warranty programs and processing, communicates effectively, and works safely. Paperwork is completed using company tablets and operating systems.

Requirements

• Be in the process of obtaining a journeyman plumber’s license and/or be enrolled in plumbing school.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record to operate a company vehicle.
• Have solid knowledge of plumbing systems and troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service to every client.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide an exceptional service experience.
• Work with dispatchers to serve clients’ needs.
• Perform quality plumbing repairs and installations.

• Provide reassurance and support during maintenance calls.
