About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. This role is responsible for anticipating and eliminating potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, and equipment access. The Maintenance Planner will work as a business partner with the client, implementing "Best Systems" and engaging the team to identify and eliminate waste for "Best Results." The position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and the client. A passion for providing exceptional customer service is essential for this role.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to estimate labor hours and make necessary adjustments
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar
• Associate degree required
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a maintenance field

Nice To Haves

• Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner preferred
