The Maintenance Planner supports the facilities department by coordinating and executing lab equipment installations, relocations, and retirements, while maintaining accurate and up to date equipment information within the CMMS system. The Facilities Administrator also provides essential facilities project support, including developing project schedules and tracking progress to ensure timely completion. Additionally, this role supports and leads lab equipment relocations, serving as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, customers. This is an on-site role primarily based at our Cambridge, MA location, with occasional travel to other Alnylam sites within Massachusetts.
