About The Position

This role is to support utilities and facilities operations in a GMP -regulated biotech environment.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of SAP and Utility Maintenance systems and other related strategic tools.
• Working knowledge CGMP relating to equipment maintenance and calibration activities
• Minimum of five years in a maintenance organization with responsibilities for asset management and/or computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) administration an operation or minimum five years experience operating or administrating a comparable information system.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routine & non‑routine utilities and facilities maintenance activities
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy; update work orders, tasks, and documentation
• Convert work notifications into detailed work plans including labor, materials, manuals, drawings, permits, and safety requirements
• Support development of preventive, predictive, and reliability‑based maintenance programs
• Coordinate with Facilities Services, MRO, engineering, production, and contractors
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with cGMP and quality standards
• Integrate maintenance schedules with production runs and shutdowns
• Review completed work orders for quality and performance trends
• Work in an FDA‑regulated environment
