About The Position

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Planner to provide planning and scheduling of all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, as well as reactive/repair maintenance activities. This position will work directly with suppliers to schedule support for critical environments, in coordination with customer stakeholders, JLL Regional Operations Manager(s) of Engineering and Call Center to ensure no disruption to the customer’s operations, while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and up-time through the scheduling process. The role involves supporting the Director of Engineering and the corresponding Facilities Operations Team, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of the designated CMMS platform, and providing a consistent high level of support to field and back office technical processes to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to client operations. Responsibilities include managing server and system database operations, developing and implementing automated operational data report generation, supporting operational analysis of engineering performance metrics, and working with software platform developers to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities. The role also involves providing ongoing CMMS system user training, providing reporting based on client needs, and managing CMMS hardware and software implementation processes on all added client portfolios. Other related tasks as may be required of the role.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service support in a technical environment
  • Experience in SQL Server
  • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Corrigo preferred
  • Experience in supporting field hardware implementation and building engineering operations
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc.
  • Skills in managing data warehouse and mining of performance data
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Experience in a controlled environment or cleanroom setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and general regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational analysis of all engineering performance metrics.
  • Work with software platform developer to ensure maximum utilization of system capabilities in meeting client expectations, and development of improved capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing CMMS system user training to ensure effective utilization by field and back office operations.
  • Provide, as needed, reporting based on needs of clients.
  • Manage CMMS hardware and software implementation processes on all added client portfolios.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be required of the role.
