Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, work orders, and third-party services while managing the plant's CMMS and auditing maintenance effectiveness, as the Maintenance Planner Utilize CMMS to effectively plan, schedule, and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities Coordinate with third-party service providers to handle service requests, establish purchase orders, and ensure timely closure of projects Assist in budget preparation for production maintenance, managing expenses to stay within financial requirements Monitor and track maintenance metrics and performance through detailed reports, spreadsheets, and visual presentations Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and current GMP standards while maintaining production areas Communicate preventive maintenance requirements and updates with plant management, facilitating a clear understanding of ongoing maintenance challenges Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification

Responsibilities
