About The Position

Inframark is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure assets. The role plans, schedules, and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, industrial maintenance, construction, utilities, or related fields.
• Proficiency with CMMS software such as eMaint, JobCal, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders and schedules using eMaint, JobCal, or other CMMS platforms.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work with maintenance supervisors and plant management to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.
• Track inventory, purchase orders, and equipment deliveries to support maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting maintenance needs, and monitoring expenditures.
• Support equipment installations and ensure new assets are integrated into maintenance programs.
