About The Position

The Maintenance Pipefitter is responsible for maintaining and repairing building piping systems. The role includes repairs to piping systems made of PVC, copper, and other materials; repairs to potable-water, grey-water, and other building piping systems; and repairs or replacements of plumbing fixtures. Candidates must be able to work at extreme heights and in small confined spaces, perform physically demanding movements, lift 40 pounds, and work the shift assigned according to production needs.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hot-water heating systems and chilled-water piping systems is a plus.
