About The Position

As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members. The position is part time at the Hilton Garden Inn Sacramento in Sacramento, California, with a listed hourly pay rate of $18.75 and shifts that may vary.

Requirements

• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
