Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing facility in a technical capacity
Strong mechanical aptitude

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or Industrial Electronics preferred

Responsibilities

Closely monitor the production lines assigned, resolve, escalate and document downtime.
Basic line operations including HMI operations, robotics operations, electrode changes, correctly teaching weld tolerances and changeovers.
Document, tag and return all external repairable components to the main crib so they can be sent out for repair.
Document, tag and return unused items to crib.
Perform maintenance TPMs on all lines and cells and Level 1 maintenance PMs.
Maintain maintenance shop 5S.
Perform rebuilds on components.
Remove defective equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, etc.) and replace with rebuilt/new.
Start line and verify change was successful.
Teardown failed equipment (where applicable), clean thoroughly, rebuild, set up and test repaired equipment to ensure functionality.
Use AIS and 4M to document the details of equipment related issues.
