About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our not-for-profit organization, described as a large family, in Wingham. The role involves coordinating maintenance services and liaising with contractors. This is a part-time position working 48 hours per fortnight, with specific shifts detailed for Week 1 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 06:30 to 15:00) and Week 2 (Monday, Thursday, Friday - 06:30 to 15:00). The organization emphasizes passion, care, and respect for residents, families, and team members.

Requirements

Experienced in coordinating maintenance services
Relevant trade or certificate qualifications and experience
General computer skills
Driver's license
Ability to work and liaise with contractors
