About The Position

Complete Building Services (CBS), the largest division of The Donohoe Companies, operates and maintains commercial and public-sector facilities. CBS describes its culture as collaborative and diverse. The Maintenance Mechanic performs scheduled preventive and general maintenance, conducts daily building and equipment tours, and carries out other duties as assigned. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and pays $25.00 per hour. Parking is provided at the building.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a government background check.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment.
• Dependable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Conduct daily building and equipment tours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
