About The Position

Electroswitch Electronic Products is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic II to support our manufacturing facility in Raleigh, NC. This is a well-rounded maintenance role in a small facility environment where the individual will assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, building upkeep, and general facility support. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working across a variety of maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability required
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with CNC equipment, motors, pneumatics, or stamping presses is a plus
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of maintenance responsibilities
• Comfortable working in a small team environment and supporting multiple areas of the facility

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Support equipment such as CNC lathes, stamping presses, motors, compressors, and air-driven equipment
• Replace belts, small tools, and other mechanical components as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with safety inspections
• Support general building and facility upkeep, including light janitorial tasks when needed
• Work with older equipment where documentation may be limited
• Assist with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
