This role performs mechanical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations. The position involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, restoring equipment to operating condition efficiently, and completing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. The Maintenance Mechanic will read and interpret work orders, manuals, and schematics to execute repairs accurately, while following safety, environmental, and operational standards and collaborating with site teams.

Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
• Skill in using hand and power tools relevant to mechanical maintenance tasks
• Reliable, detail focused, and adaptable to changing operational needs
