About The Position

We’re seeking a Maintenance Mechanic who will be responsible for performing routine general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility to manufacturer’s specifications to maximize up time. Assist with the basic installation and preventative maintenance of machinery/systems. This position is based on-site at our Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility in Burlington, New Jersey. The schedule for this role is Monday–Thursday, working 10‑hour shifts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals).
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively; complete forms legibly.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, use logical reasoning, and seek clarification as needed.
  • Ability to retain equipment locations, plan daily tasks from work lists, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools; good manual dexterity.
  • Ability to use measuring and electrical test equipment.
  • Ability to cut and sweat copper pipe, glue PVC pipe, thread metal pipe, drill, and tap.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge/familiarity with measurement instrumentation desirable, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Perform predictive maintenance as required.
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on facility and production equipment with assistance, in accordance with GMPs.
  • Complete basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs as assigned.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, including index head maintenance (bushings, bearings, locking mechanisms, pins).
  • Repair and maintain equipment components such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pump seals, grinder blades, and light fixtures.
  • Assemble new equipment and troubleshoot minor system issues, including replacing blown fuses.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area and follow all safety procedures, Job Safety Analysis requirements, and other assigned duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
