About The Position

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and reliably. The role includes hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and on-the-job learning through classroom and practical training. The schedule is eight days on followed by six days off, with shifts from 9:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pay is $40–$45 per hour, starting at $40 per hour and progressing to $45 per hour upon successful completion of required certification and training.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Must work weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without accommodation.
Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness and ability to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, around hazardous or loud equipment, and on slippery surfaces.

Nice To Haves

Deep understanding of high-voltage wiring, including 480V 3-phase motors.
Multi-craft maintenance and repair experience, such as performing interrelated repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps.
Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and electrical testing equipment.
Use preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking to support equipment reliability.
Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs, and take corrective action.
Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to help maximize equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.
