About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic provides manufacturing support by maintaining highly automated equipment. The role emphasizes critical thinking and troubleshooting in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Automation and robotics are part of the maintenance foundation at Custom Building Products, a manufacturer of stone and tile installation and beautification products operating 15 manufacturing and distribution facilities in North America.

Requirements

• At least two years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical maintenance competencies.
• Electrical troubleshooting and industrial controls skills.
• HMI experience.
• Pneumatics knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, warnings, and labels in English effectively.
• Computer literacy and ability to use all Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own tools.
• Safety-first, dependable, hard-working, team-oriented approach.
