About The Position

As an Offsite Maintenance Mechanic, you create safe and welcoming environments for patients, visitors, and employees. You perform general maintenance and repairs of facilities and mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and pneumatic equipment. You monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. On-call hours may be required on an as-needed basis. The role is located at ProMedica Health and Wellness Center in the Property Management department and is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week day-shift position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a trade school diploma or degree from a technical school.
• Plumbing and HVAC experience.
• Three years of previous experience in building maintenance and automation systems.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed or certified in one or more trades or disciplines.
• Associate degree.
