About The Position
This role is responsible for completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, identifying and resolving problems, determining necessary materials and supplies, documenting activities, utilizing the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with management.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital or commercial setting.
- HVAC experience
- Carpentry experience
- MD Driver's license
Responsibilities
- Work Order completion
- Preventative Maintenance
- Problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution
- Documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department’s management.
