About The Position
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance on building, equipment, and conveyor systems. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing equipment, interpreting technical documents, and utilizing hand and power tools. The position is based at our Appleton, WI and Menasha, WI locations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and easily adapt to change.
- Maintenance and general repair knowledge.
- Prior conveyor and/or packaging equipment experience.
- Self-motivated, mechanically inclined individual.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on scheduled events for building, equipment, and conveyor.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Interpret operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints, and schematics for repairing machinery.
- Use of hand tools and power tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
